He is survived by: his children, Brande Gray (Kelvin Sr.), Michelle Quarles (Mikal), Christy Burrows, Mickey Burrows, Tony Fair and Kasey Fair (Louise); his grandchildren, Charissa Burrows, Elijah, Isiah Lee, Mickey Burrows Jr., Mickyla Burrows, Daniel Burrows, Reeasha Burrows, Amir Burrows, Tony Fair Jr., Jayden Fair, Xander Fair, Brooklyn, Taylor, Domonik Fair, Aliyah Fair, Lillyana Fair, Taj Fair, K'Lee, Aquilar, Kaycee Fair, Meleah Fair, Marissa Fair, Hayley and Kelvin Jr.; his sister Patricia Fair; his sister-in-law Patti Burrows; his nephews, Robert Fair Jr. and Roberto Fair; and his niece Natassia Fair. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium (2355 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
