He was predeceased by: his mother Jacqueline O'Brien. He is survived by: his father Brian Forrestal; and his brothers, Geoffrey Premo and Andrew Forrestal. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium (2355 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
