She is survived by: her children, Judy Tate of Rockford, IL, Otis Braxton (Rea) of Beloit, WI, Dr. Donald Braxton (Pamela) of Douglasville, GA, Reginald Flowers (Lori) of Beloit, Wisconsin, Joe Braxton of Beloit, Wisconsin and Gary Flowers of Beloit, Wisconsin; and her brothers, Douglas Leavy (Floretta), Willie and Arzie "Bobby" Leavy. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
