She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cummings and Edna Marie Waxler (Bakkemo). She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Susan Bednarcik (Scott), Pam Polglaze (Barb Carter), John Polglaze and Bob Polglaze; her grandchildren, Pam, Bob, Jared, Lori, Susan, Aria, Johnny, Nate and Megan; her brother John Waxler (Sue); her friend Lindsay Beth Healless; her close friends, Charolette Ross and Arlene Ruegger; and her sister-in-law Barb Polglaze. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
