She was predeceased by: her parents, Marlin Rudolph and Ella Rudolph (Whipple); and her brother Roland Rudolph. She is survived by: her husband James L. Kelsey; and her children, Dennis Petitt (Carmen), Jay Kelsey, David Petitt (Nydia) and Susan Casey (Tybrinn). She is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
