She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Lawver (Evans) and Wayne Lawver; and her siblings, DeWayne Lawver, Judy Cummins and Sally Bobzien.

She is survived by: her daughter Michelle Sumpter (James Engel) of Janesville; and her grandchildren, Cody Johnson (Katilyn Brager) of Beloit, Cory Johnson (Kayla) of Beloit and Miranda Johnson (Steven Lund) of Beloit. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
