He was predeceased by: his father LaVerne Watters; his stepfather Bill Morgan; his parents-in-law, Sandra and Frank Derke; and his brother Jay Watters.
He is survived by: his mother June Watters (Quimby); his children, Michael Watters (Candi) and Tonya Lovings (Wayne); his siblings, Vicki Adams (Bill), Sandy Reyes (Angel), Leanda Garcia (Miguel), Tara Johnson (Byron), Dawn Morgan and Ron Watters (Angie); and his aunt Florence Bingham. He is also survived by three granddaughters; three bonus granddaughters and 14 great grandchildren, cousins.
