She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Curley and Betsy Curley (Marachek); and her stepsister Misty Curley. She is survived by: her significant other Gary Bolar; her children, Tishauna Polzin (Matthew) and Brandon Bolar (Alicia); her grandchildren, Brayden, Averey, Connor, Dalton, Bryttany, Thomas, Emma Lynn and Makenna; her siblings, Brian Curley (Sarah), Edward Curley, Yvette Bonny and Yvonne Bright (Bruce); her uncle Dennis; and her caregivers, Jessica and Kara. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts.
