She is survived by: her children, Gary Jacobs (Sherry), Don Jacobs (Cynthia) and Lori Stocks (Todd); and her grandchildren, Erick Jacobs, Erin Nova (Eric), Don Jacobs II (Lexi), Ryan Jacobs, Trent Jacobs, Sydnie, Rylie Jacobs, Zack Jacobs, Shalen Wheelock (Travis) and Kayla Potter (Brad). She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
