He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bailey and Lila Bailey (McDaniel); his siblings, Jim Bailey and Alice Misner; and his brother-in-law Paul Church.
He is survived by: his wife Jill Bailey; his children, Randy Bailey (Debra) of Naples, FL and Sara Rempel (John) of Kiel, WI; his grandchildren, Rachel, Nate, Rebecca Bylsma (Greg), Jordan and Alex; his great grandchild Solace; his sister Kathy Church of Columbus, OH; and his brother-in-law Bud Misner.
Memorials may be given in his name to the Heritage Baptist Church Missions Program.
