It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Winkelman of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in Watertown, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 27, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Winkelman and Helen Winkelman (Misegades); and his siblings, Paula, Steve and David.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Winkelman; and his niece Missy Warriner (Rudi). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
