He was predeceased by: his mother Anna Hendrickson (Jensen); and his son Phillip L. Hendrickson, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Anita M. Stendel; his children, Patricia Klawitter (Steve), Sally Southworth (Harlan) and Terry Hendrickson (Lucy); his grandchildren, Phillip Hendrickson III (Jessica), Allison Krusen (Justin Thomas), Dallas Clark (Andy), Dalton Roadruck, Destiny, Alexis Hendrickson, Cierra and Harlan Southworth; and his great grandchildren, Hanah, Harlee, Jakob Krusen, Kamryn, Tyler, Garrett, Cooper Hendrickson, Maddox and Maya Clark.
The family would like to especially thank Beloit Regional Hospice for their amazing assistance and request all donations be made to them in honor of Phil.
