She was predeceased by: her parents, W. Harry Rathbun and Flossie Rathbun (Lucas); and her sisters, Thelma McBride and Alma Wood. She is survived by: her children, William Carpenter (Susan) of Beloit, WI and Barbara Davis of Appleton, WI; her granddaughters, Belinda Cordina (Matt), Audra Donaghy (Steve), Leanne Lemus (Jorge) and Laura Klockner (Logan); her great grandchildren, Lily, Melanie, Charles Cordina, Logan, Ethan, Tatan Van Dyn Hoven, Addison, Madelyn Donaghy, Olivia, Liam, Landon Klockner, Leonor and Mario Lemus; and her sister Vera Nelson of Rockford, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her name.
