He was predeceased by: his mother Treasure Capstick (Hirst); and his sister Julie Mathis. He is survived by: his father Miles Capstick (Nancy); his daughters, Amy and Beth Capstick; and his siblings, Treasure Patton (Mike), Dawn Brannon (Curt) and Scott Capstick (Jessica). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family.
