He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Betley and Mary Betley (Wegzyn); his wife Jane Marie Hannaford; his son Darrell Betley; and his siblings, Erwin Betley, Evelyn Rovinski and Robert Betley.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Hallburg (Cliff), Arlene Marshall (Larry), Allan Betley (Deb), Wayne Betley and Ronald Betley (Erin); his grandchildren, Sarah White, Laura Hallburg, Kari Jonas, Lawrence Marshall, Amber Wilson, Travis Betley, Darrell Betley and Kaitlyn Betley; and his caregivers, Joann Alleman, Bill, Michelle, Brandon Eggers and Chaplain Mark Maxted. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to Beloit Regional Hospice.
