He is survived by: his wife Julie Kramer; his children, Joseph Kramer (Pam), Sarah Rice-Devlin (Kyle), Melissa Castro (Gabe) and Katrina Putnam (Nathan); his grandchildren, Tyler, Kaylee, Ashlyn, Khloe, Alexis, Annalyse, Alycianna, Mason, Kennadi, Kamya, Carlaya, Zarah, Christian and Rachael; his siblings, Charlene Teeter (Dale), Caroline Lewis (Dwayne), Earl Kramer Jr. (Sherry), Nancy Lewis (Frank) and Laura Kramer; and his siblings-in-law, Nyla McKeon (Frank), Anita Weimer, Roger Spencer, John "Stan" Spencer (Cindy) and Marcene Hess (Terry). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
