She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Klimasz and Mary Klimasz (Uinska); her siblings, Mary Roseanne, Therese Kuriga, Eleonore Bozek, Alfred, Edward and Henry Klimasz; and her siblings-in-law, Edwin Bozek, Bruno Rybczyk and Alice Klimasz.
She is survived by: her daughter Nancy; her husband Walter S. Cichon; her children, Wayne Cichon (Nancy) and Sharon Cichon (David Johnson); her granddaughter Kate Myszewski (Wyatt Thomas); her sisters, Loretta Rybczyk and Margaret Sloan; her siblings-in-law, Wanda Klimasz, Ruth Klimasz, Nick Kuriga and Ed Sloan; and her daughter-in-law Nancy, RN. She is also survived by friends, and neighbors.
