He was predeceased by: his father Richard Williams Sr.; and his niece Brianna Rayner. He is survived by: his mother Patsy Belle Williams Sr. (Nehls) of Beloit, Wisconsin; his siblings, Richard Williams Jr. (Tammy) of Beloit, Danny Williams (Lynn) of Tennessee, Chris Galvan (Pifas) of Beloit and Teresa Rayner (Larry) of Beloit, Wisconsin; and his close friend George Hendrickson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home (424 Prospect St, Beloit, WI 53511). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
