He is survived by: his wife Margaret Alexander; his siblings, Anita Henning, Donald Henning (Anne) of Beloit, WI, Edward Henning (Leila) of Beloit, WI, Paula Hummer (Frank) of Beloit, WI, Lori Taylor (Tim) of Beloit, WI, Roberta Henning of Rockton, IL, Bev McCullick (Rod) of Mansfield, TX and Karen Heuberger (Jim) of Muskego, WI; his sister-in-law Catherine Henning; and his grandsons, John Paul Henning, Kyle Zachary Sherrod and Joseph Robert Hummer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and their spouses, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name to St. Jude Catholic Church.
