He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Lang and Betty Lang (Nashold). He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Lang of Beloit, WI and Ron Lang (Kathy) of Beloit, WI; his nephews, Ryan (Rachel) and Cory Lang (Laura); his great-nephew Felix; and his cousins, Kathy Olson (Carl), Steve Lang, Mary Exner (Gary), Sandi Snyder, Bruce Snyder (Donna), Charlie Lang, Linda Prowse, Jon Lang (Jane) and Nancy Lang.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to Turtle Township Fire Department.
