He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Kicker and Opal Kicker. He is survived by: his pet Cabo; his wife Lisa Kicker; his children, Jason Kicker (Tracey) and Jessica Hester (Jeff); his grandchildren, Sarah Eberhardt-Walls (Dylan), Tarah Baldwin (Matt Lee), Tyler Kicker, Alese Holloway, Makenna Kicker (Daniel Hollowell), Paige Holloway (Josh Miller), Nolan Eberhardt, Keyvon Holloway and Nathan Hester; his great grandchildren, Ashton Baldwin, Ryker Baldwin and Catherine Louise Walls; and his brother Ron Kicker. He is also survived by brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews.
