He was predeceased by: his parents, George Eley and Leona Eley (Liptow); his daughter Jamie Ennis; his siblings, Sue Polky and Kevin Eley; his father-in-law Ray Crary; his brother-in-law Gene Polky; and his pet George.
He is survived by: his wife Shelly Eley; his children, Jennie Reitan (Jerry), Jared Eley, Joseph Eley (Jennifer) and Jeremy Eley; his siblings, Jim Stauffacher (Ruth), Kathy Bell (Karl), Cindy Meyers (Billy), Patty Kilday (Bob), Jackie Tester (Dave) and Dawn Short; his mother-in-law Diana Crary; and his sisters-in-law, Sheila Arneson (Nick) and Julie Eley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Daley Murphy Wisch & Associates Funeral Home and Crematorium (2355 Cranston Rd, Beloit, WI 53511).
