He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth T. Hodges and Blanche Hodges (Reavis); his son Jonathon Hodges; his brother George C. Hodges; and his mother-in-law Freda Husi.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Husi; his children, Dan Hodges, Steve Hodges (Phyliss), Tom Hodges (Janet), Beth Hodges (Justin Mansfield), Joel Hodges and Ben Hodges (Melissa); and his brother-in-law Richard Husi. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
