She was predeceased by: her parents, Forder DeMuth and Gwendolyn DeMuth (Miller); and her siblings, Susie Kohankie and Gary Demuth. She is survived by: her husband Stuart Olson of Cedar Crest; her children, Douglas Olson (Rachael) of Minneapolis, MN, Peter Olson of Winnetka, IL, Kristin Soltys (Ted) of Naperville, IL, Heather Palmer (John) of Denver, CO and Matthew Olson (Cindy) of Old Lyme, CT; her daughter-in-law Andrea Berlin of Boston, MA; her siblings, David DeMuth and Sarah Eck; and her brother-in-law Hawk Kohankie. She is also survived by her ten grandchildren.
Memorial donations in Sally's name may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
