With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Sandra Jean Ramquist of Beloit, Wisconsin, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Sandra Jean left this world on July 15, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Kellor and Elsie Kellor (Kottke); her husband Carl H. Ramquist Jr.; her stepdaughter Catherine Olson; her siblings, Duane Kellor (Vera) and Maxine Dolbey (Brad); and her pet Holly.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Carl Ramquist III (Lori), Cynthia Schultz (Tim), Corey Ramquist (Nancy) and Cheri Ramquist; her siblings-in-law, Claude Ramquist (Lynn) and Darlene Breden; and her niece Charlene Schulmeister (Randy). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Matthews Evangelical Lutheran Church (709 Milton Ave, Janesville, WI 53545).
