She is survived by: her siblings, Harold McIntosh (Michele) of Loves Park, IL, Charles of Flint, MI, DeWayne of Flint, MI, Paul McIntosh of Flint, MI, Joe B. Lomax (Kathryn), Joe A. Lomax Jr. (Barbara), Vernett Guerin of Rockford, IL and Donna Robinson of Savannah, GA; her sister-in-law Sylvia McIntosh of Rockford, IL.; and her caregivers, Jackie and Scott Clark.
