She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bundy and Marlene Bundy (Johnston); and her siblings, Wendy Bundy, Robin Smith and Mike Smith.

She is survived by: her former husband Kenneth "Kenny" Haldeman; her husband Ken Haldeman of Beloit; her children, Donya Bundy (Jordan Wolfe) of Beloit and Chase Haldeman (Ashley Cassidy) of Beloit; her grandsons, Chance Wolfe and Emory Haldeman; her brothers, Bruce Bundy (Lori) and Richard Bundy (Lisa); her nieces and nephews, Matthew Lundblade (Megan), Richie Armstrong, Calleigh Michaelson and Gordy Michaelson; her great-niece Brooke; and her great-nephew Noah Lundblade. She is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
