She was predeceased by: her father Edgar Goldsmith; her husband Ray; and her sisters, Rosella Bradford and Marion Anderson. She is survived by: her mother Hazel Goldsmith (Simonson); her sons, Jim Mathewson (ReBecca) and David Mathewson (Laurie); her grandchildren, Melody, Daniel, Sam, Monica Grace and Michael; her stepgrandson Jeramie Hartsock; and her brother Charles Goldsmith. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
