Mayhew; her children, Kathy Byers (John) and Jerry Mayhew (Nancy); and her grandchildren, David Mayhew (Ellen), Chris Mayhew (Kris), Donielle Jarvela (Todd), Emily DelRoss (Tony), Sommer Biffle (Richard), Richard Mayhew and Tyler Byers.
