Fast; his children, Sandra Cushman Bagley (Craig) of Green Bay, WI, Jeff Cushman (Kelly) of Oshkosh, WI and Jeanette Cushman of Milwaukee, WI; his grandchildren, Lindsey Cushman Heffter (Ben) of Harrison, WI, Alexa Cushman Cowart (Aaron) of Menomonee Falls, WI and Drake Cushman (Kristina) of Lenexa, KS; his great grandchildren, Kenlay, Elwyn, Abigail, Brooke and Lincoln; his sister Estella Mae Cushman Fena (Lyman) of Milton, WI; and his sister-in-law Olga Miller Fast of Orfordville, WI..
