He was predeceased by: his parents, Ovell Givhan and Operlene Givhan (Davidson); his siblings, Kenneth Wade Givhan, David Givhan and Dorothy Quattlebaum; and his brother-in-law Willie Quattlebaum.
He is survived by: his family Steve; his wife Sue; his children, Leah Givhan (Lucas Wardell) and Wes Givhan; his sister Linda (Steve); his sisters-in-law, Deborah Reik, Sharon Tobias (Don) and Pamela Elek (Martin); his nieces and nephews, Sondra Verser (Mike), Keely Givhan, La-Dreya Opel Givhan, Suzanna McGill (Patrick Gore), Christy Mulligan (Craig), Alishia DuBose (Kenton), Willie Jairay Quattlebaum and David Wade Givhan; and his aunt Floy Givhan. He is also survived by loving cousins, extended family, and many friends.
