Carpenter of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in San Francisco, California, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Bastian (Green) and Col. Richard Bastian. She is survived by: her husband William Carpenter of Beloit, WI; her daughters, Audra Donaghy (Steve) of New Berlin, WI and Laura Klockner (Logan) of Roscoe, IL; her grandchildren, Addison, Madelyn Donaghy of New Berlin, WI, Olivia, Liam and Landon Klockner of Roscoe, IL; and her siblings, Nancy Acy, Diane Meier (Gary) of Beloit, WI, Steve Bastian (Cheryl) of Huntington Beach, CA and Rich Bastian (Lori) of Rockton, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
