He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Driver and Irene Driver (Puchinsky); his wife Patricia Anne Kennedy; and his brother Dennis Driver. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Knarr (Peter), Ken Driver (April) and Ashley Werkheiser (Kevin); his grandchildren, Pierce, Irene Knarr, Austin, Dylan Driver, Colten and Wyatt Werkheiser; and his niece Amy Kennedy-Ryall. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in his name to The Grade Boat Club on Lake Wisconsin or any local snowmobile club.
