He is survived by: his wife Deb (Gastel); his son Chuck; his daughter-in-law Lisa Casper of Missoula, MT; his grandson Olin Thomas Casper; and his siblings, Stephen P. Casper (Liz) of Rockford, IL, Nancy J. Fogg (Lou) of Geneva, IL, Mary Sue Nelson (Frank) of Freeport, IL and James D. Casper (Lisa) of Janesville, WI. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
