He was predeceased by: his father Gary Garetson; and his brother-in-law Tim "Stoney" Dalton. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Garetson (Hardt); his wife Lynn Garetson; his children, Kimberly Garetson (Chad), Matthew Garetson and Adam Garetson; his grandchildren, Mya, Gia, Jett, Nydia, Charley and Harlyn; his siblings, Tom Garetson (Kimberly), Lisa Grover (Tom) and Amy Dalton (Darrell); his parents-in-law, Steve Bricco (Denise), Sandy Case (Carl) and Bob Bricco (Toni); and his nieces and nephews, Melissa Bauer (Brock), Megan Conway (Jordan), Amberly Dalton, Cody Dalton (Rachel), Liz Dekanich (Ben) and Tori Teunissen (Jarold).
