He was predeceased by: his father Fred Schultz. He is survived by: his mother Jeannette Schultz; his children, Jason Schultz and Nichole Schultz (Tim Powell); his grandchildren, Kristina Leigh (Skylar Bennesh), Elizabeth Hockett, Gabe Schultz, Sarah Schultz, Samantha Schultz and Laci Schultz; and his brother Fred "Rick" Schultz (Margaret).
