She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Hoge and Gwendolyn Hoge (Patten); her husband Leonard Le Roy Zastoupil; her nephew Gregg Zastoupil; her brother-in-law Russ Zastoupil; and her niece Nancy Walhovd.
She is survived by: her siblings, David, Esther, John, June and Jeanette.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Milton Lawns Memorial Park Chapel (2200 Milton Ave, Janesville, WI 53545).
