Mayfield of Beloit, Wisconsin, born in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Hartley and Marian Hartley (Hopp); her children, Craig, Michael and Lisa Mayfield; her siblings, Arlo, Erwin, Annette Alt and Alice May; and her close friend Wesley Wadel.
She is survived by: her children, Steven Mayfield (Elizabeth) of Beloit, WI, Barbara Terry (Curt) of Janesville, WI, Brian Mayfield (Debbie) of Holman, WI, Bradley Mayfield of Beloit, WI and Lori Goff of Beloit, WI; her siblings-in-law, Joan Swinehart of Antigo, WI, Joanne Hartley of Beloit, WI and Logan Swinehart (Bertha) of Avoca, WI; and her caregivers, Schulte, Jenna and Chaplain Nancy. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
