He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anthony Chvatik and Elsie Chvatik Jr. (Misun); his sons, Mark (Danielle Pratt) of Benoit, Max of Benoit and Anthony "Toner" (Avlee Donnelly) of Benoit; his grandchildren, Kaidence, Serenity, Elliace, Arabella, Adalee Jerome and Stephan; and his siblings, Annie Erickson (Tim) of Odanah and Dave Chvatik of Ashland. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Moquah Cemetery. A reception was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 2:30 PM at the Moquah Town Hall.
