He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Hamann and Irene Hamann (Tesch); and his siblings, Edwin, Robert Hamann, Thelma McKuen and Karen Esslinger.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hamann; his children, Melissa Netz (Tim), Benoit, Brian Hamann, Dawn Heglund (Dale), Georgia, Scott Hamann (Tanya) and Ashland; his grandchildren, Marcus, Clayton, Frederick, Curtis, Josie, Jazmine, David, Dani, Dylan, Dayton and Lincoln; and his siblings, Pete Hamann (Butternut), Diane Mallak (Minneapolis) and Pat "Peachy" Jeffries (Butternut). He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
