He is survived by: his wife Deborah Bain; his children, Chanelle (Craig), BJ (Yolanda) of Racine, WI and Isaac (Leslie) of Lakeville, MN; his sisters, Carolyn (Arnold) of Cotopaxi, CO and Kristel (Troy) of Valrico, FL; and his grandchildren, Grace, Anna, Lucy, Evan, Danny, Emmi and Philip. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, gifts for the family are welcomed to help cover the costs of his celebration.
