She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Killgore and Ethella Killgore; her husband John Richter; her daughters, Cheryl and Cathy Steinke; her siblings, Betty Meyer and Fredrick Killgore; her son-in-law Ron Grahn; her grandson Paul Grahn; her grandson-in-law Keith Rivers; her son-in-law Mike Cooley; her great grandchild Sarah Cooley; and her close friends, Bonnie Sprengel and Jake Jodarski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Cooley (Cathy) and Cheri Faust (David); her grandchildren, Sam Cooley, Ben Cooley, Betsy Verbeten (Jake), Rene Gillhouse, Rachel Rivers and Gary Stumpner; and her sister-in-law Trudy Knight. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
