He was predeceased by : his parents, Lyle Blackmore and Minnie Vera Blackmore (Osheim); his sister-in-law Judy; and his siblings, Shirley and Donald.

He is survived by : his wife Gloria; his children, Charles Jr., Daniel (Shannon), Brad (Amber) and Maria; his grandchildren, Lillian, DeMario, Brendan, Chloe, Antonio and Caine; and his sisters, Bonnie (Joe), Pam (Jim), Glen and Vicky. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
