He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Kalupa and Lucille Piekarski Kalupa; and his siblings-in-law, Lucille "Tootie", Stu Nitzke and Ray Sprague.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Vis; his children, John Kalupa (Chris), Bernie Kalupa, Tessie Sewell (Sterling) and Katie Broderick (Mark); his grandchildren, Melissa Malcore (Weston), Jenna Rounds (Dylan), Samantha Freemyer (Ryan), Garrett "Buddy" Sewell (Katelyn), Kelly Kalupa and Josephine Broderick; his great grandchildren, Rylee and Brooks; and his siblings, Jean Sprague and Dan Kalupa (Jean Ann). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
