He is survived by: his wife Ruth Knopp of Mary's Catholic Church; his sons, David Langenhorst and Thomas Langenhorst (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Sara Kluck (Jim), Amy Wisinski (Lee), Erin Mikulec and Michael Langenhorst (Nichole); and his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Connor, Cooper, Bria, Lincoln, Oliver, Elijah and Owen.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church (430 W Griswold St, Ripon, WI 54971). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
