He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin Lewis and Dolores Mashak Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Hunt; his children, Robert Lewis and Kristin Braun (Patrick); his grandchildren, Henry, Abbigail and Lukas; his brothers, Michael Lewis (Judy) and Steven Lewis; and his brother-in-law Deacon Thomas Hunt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be directed to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon.
