She was predeceased by: her parents, Clemens Drover and Laura Drover (Nowicki); her husband Donald Whitmore; her son Kenneth Kanneman; and her siblings, Dennis, Paul, Ellison, Fredrick, Jerome, Joseph, Barbara Thull and Linda Lewellyn.

She is survived by: her children, Rose Quimby of Coloma, Denise Steifner (Dennis) of Ripon, Keith Kanneman of Berlin and Brenda Lind (Marc) of Chugiak, Alaska; and her sisters, Mary Kerr (Jim), Helen Piekarski (Don) and Cecile Rucks. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Every year she looked forward to the Green Lake Chili Cook Off where her bears were auctioned off for charity which brought her great joy.
