He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Hoffmann and Kathryn Hoffmann (Patricia); and his sister Jane Hoffmann. He is survived by: his sons, Christopher (Tracie) and Steven; his grandchildren, Jordan, Abbie, Tyler and Brett; and his siblings, Judith Baumann (Harry), John (Linda), Gerald (Ann) and Charles Hoffmann (Joanne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
