She was predeceased by: her parents, Leavy Spivey and Earline Spivey (Ward); her husband Arnold Werner; her sons-in-law, Terry Perry and Thomas Smith; her siblings, Evelyn Milligan (Davis), Mable Gore (Russel) and Tom Ward (Jean); her brother-in-law Howard Worley; and her grandson Corey Boesen.
She is survived by: her children, Diane Smith, Beth Perry Mark Werner (Cathy), Cherie Winters (Glenn), Kim Dunn (Craig Moore), Patricia Werner (Roger), Terri Mathews (Gary), Paula Buffington and Betty Stacks (Jim); her siblings, Bud Ward (Carolyn) and Pauline Worley; her sister-in-law Jean Ward; and her grandchildren, Salena Smith, Amy Cornelius (Brian), Travis Boesen (Jessica) and Melody Elmhorson. She is also survived by her great, great grandchildren and numerous grandchildren.
