He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Bruette and Lena Bruette (Pelky); his daughters, Patricia Bruette-Hernandez, Mary Bruette and Jeanette Klose; his grandchildren, Robin Kohn and Joe Bruette; his great grandchildren, Kimberly Kohn and Karter Lusardi; his siblings, Angie Grentzel (Sam), Adolph Bruette (Marge), Ted Bruette, Marlin "PeeWee" Bruette (Jeanne), Annabelle Wright (Louie) and Roy Bruette; his former wife Jeanette; and his close friend Mary Resop.
He is survived by: his daughters, Arlena Leurquin (Brian) and Louette Wolf (Jerry); his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Bruette and Gloria Bruette; Chris Lemmers (Gordie Braun) and Sue Resop (Rich Nerbun). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (301 E Burdick St, Black Creek, WI 54106). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
